SP2 install gives acess denied

I get the message below when I try to install XP SP2 (From SPSETUP.log) I
have turned off Virusscan, Spywarescann and have a spyware clean system.

Any Ideas?

1418.718: DoRegistryUpdates:SetupInstallFromInfSection Failed for
ProductInstall.GlobalRegistryChanges.Install error: 0x5
1418.718: INF_REGISTRY Failed
1418.718: DoInstallation:DoRegistryUpdates failed
1422.484: Unregistration of sprecovr successful
1422.484: Access is denied.
