SP2 failed access denied msg

Hi
First failed XP SP2 install because of an access denied on a specific
Registry entry. Was able to get the owner and permissions fixed on that reg
key so on restarting SP2 got pass that point.

Now I just get an access denied error without an indication of what is the
actually problem.
From the svcpack.log I found this section (almost at the end) where I
believe the problem occurred but I have no idea what to do to try and fix
it. If someone has some insite I would be very grateful.

Select 'OK' to undo the changes that have been made.
1315.000: Message displayed to the user: Service Pack 2 installation did not
complete.

Select 'OK' to undo the changes that have been made.
1315.000: User Input: OK
