SP2 has messed with my internet gaming windows.

Ok, so my dad downloaded SP2 today and it has messed
around with my game settings. Now when I play a game
online the pop up window is like 5x smaller so I can't
login. Someone please help me get the window back to its
original size because this is really pissing me off.
