No, nobody knows, probably not even anyone at Microsoft. They will release
it when it's ready. Estimates say first half of next year, but they are
estimates, not promises. Don't bet the farm on it.

With the current builds of Vista SP1, SP1 is integrated into Vista, meaning
the .iso is a clean install only. There is no upgrading. The latest build is

Sam-R refers to SP1 beta which is only on limited release.
