Sooo many problems....

First of all, I try running Windows Update, but all of a
sudden now im having a problem where the updater doesnt
run. When I run update, i get teh system update
incomplete. I did everything it said in the Microsoft
Knowlegde base from deleting files, to activating
activeX, and yet i still have the same problem. Then I
dled that new patch to prevent the LASSER worm, and i try
installing it, i get an error message saying it could not
verify the integrity of the file update.inf, make sure
the cryptographic service is running on this
computer.... ideas? If things come to worse, ill just
reformat the damn thing...

Try running Chkdsk on your system partition-in my computer
right click c: (or whatever your system is on), select
properties>tools>Error Checking. Check both boxes and
go. It will tell you it will run on your next restart,
so. . .restart. Then try reinstalling the windows updater
again.

How do i reinstall windows update? i keep on getting the
same error for software update incomplete, i followed the
help guide, and its still not working.
