Sasser worm

I am trying to download the patch for the sasser worm. I
keep getting an error message and am being told this is
not a sasser related problem.

The setup error is: "setup could not verify the integrity
of the file Update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic
service is running on this computer."
I have verified that the cryptographic service is running.

Can someone please tell me how to resolve this problem
and complete the installation of the sasser patch?
