Message read "Setup could not verify the integrity of the
file Update.inf. Make sures Cryptographic service is
running on this computer." Any ideas would be

have you checked if Cryptographic service is
running on your computer
my computer/control panel/administrative tools/services

if the crypto service is running ,perform all of article

813444 from site support.microsoft.com plug that
number into search.

particularly it is known that registering the nine dlls
for ie will resolve this issue quite often,

usually initpik.dll and wintrust.dll and softpub.dll are
sufficient to resolve it.
