Song titles don't appear

I am running Windows Media Player 10.00.00.3646

When I insert a CD into my computer and open WMP the tracks appear as Track
1, Track 2,...

If I click the Find Album Info, the correct CD is displayed in the frame
below but the tracks are still labeled Track 1, Track 2,...

Does anyone know how to get WMP to automatically transfer track information
into the Now playing or Rip sections?

I have tried clearing my history and cache.
