Some strange bugs

Hello, all!
I have 2 problems with my computer: When I try to shut it down
I get an error message from explorer.exe that says it is
trying to access location 0. What causes this and how
can this be eliminated?
Problem 2: When I'm typing a Word document or e-mail
my keyboard sometimes changes from US to French
without warning. Again, what causes this?
I have done excessive testing and found no viruses or worms
that could cause this. So, HELP!

Open Control Panel>Date, time, languages. Under Add other languages,
click the Details button and see if you've added French to the US keyboard.
If you did, delete it.
