I have some pages that just freeze or say loading,like Myspace and
Myjeepspace and it will not load,most of the time I have to hit ctrl-alt-del
just to close IE. and then sometimes it works fine for awhile? but it's not a
connectivity problem?

Try downloading and installing another web browser. I often use Mozilla
Firefox for sites at which I have problems with IE.
