small windows on opening

everything I open up now comes up in what looks like a
half or small window. I would prefer everything to open
as a full screen.

Using you mouse, stretch the window to whatever size you want then close it
by clicking on File and then Close. Do not use the red X to close the
window this first time. Now that same shortcut will open the window to
whatever size you stretched it to. This works for OE, IE and Windows
Explorer.

Right click on the icon, select properties, in the run box, select maximized

 

[Aitch]

Right click once on the program icon and select Properties. On the
Run line, look for Normal Window, and change this to Full Screen by
selecting it from the drop down list displayed.
