Windows Open Small Size

Hi, My bosses windows are opening up small. Everytime she double clicks on
an icon it opens up real small and in the lower right corner. She wants it to
open up big if not full sized. Where is this setting.

Use the double headed gliders to stretch the window. Once done, use
File/Exit - reopen.
The size is inherit to the last one opened.

Thats what we thought. But it does not work. For instance when she was in
her email and she hits new for a new email it opens up on the right side of
her screen and she has to move the whole box into the center to begin typing
her email. This started yesterday and it was opeing up on the bottom of her
screen. Now it is moving to the right.

Open a new mail, move it where wanted, then use File/Close.
Open another new mail.
