Slow printing with Netware

I am experiencing very slow network printing to print
queue with (8)"Win2000SP4, Novell Client 4.83SP1" PC's
connected to a Novell Netware 5 server. Win98 PC's
printing to same network queue do not exhibit any
decrease in speed. How can I address this problem?
