slow performance

help! i can't seem to get my outlook to scroll through
messages quicker. when i scroll to the next message, it
takes up to 10 seconds to bring up the next one! it's
driving my nuts! anyone have suggestions?

If you have Outlook 2002, go to Tools -> Options -> Other and turn off
Instant Messaging integration.
