Slow Browers

It takes about 20 seconds for my browers to bring up a page.
I have IE and mozilla and am running ADSL broadband. Had the broadband speed
checked and they said it is runing at the correct speed.
Anyone please have a solution.

Check your broWser speed here:
http://speedtest.net/

It will report the actual speed at that moment, not the theoretical speed,
so numbers will vary over time as speeds change up and down over the net.
