Slipstreaming SP2?

Kenny

I have original XP Pro CD. I then slipstreamed SP1 into it. I have now
downloaded SP2 and would like to slipstream it as well. Question is do I
slipstream it into the original XP CD or into the one with SP1 already
slipstreamed? Saw an earlier post in this group which said that SP2
contains all the SP1 updates as well. If that is so then I shouldn't need
SP1, is this correct?

Thanks for the reply and the links. Seems I don't now need SP1, all updates
are included in SP2. I am also assuming that I don't need the Feb 2004
Security updates CD. The nLite in particular looks interesting and much
simpler than the way I slipstreamed SP1.

Wow, the nLite system looks great. I'm off to create my bootable, customised
XP+SP2 CD!

Hi

I used my original XP CD + the SP2 file (it is cumulative). No need for any
other updated CDs or SP1.

Any chance you can email me the instructions on how to slip stream SP2 into
my original XP Pro CD?

Thanks.

Hello Adrian,

I have just downloaded Autostreamer ... it is SO easy to make a
slipstreamed CD with this program.

Have have also installed from the resulting CD.

Regards Leif.
