slave drives gone after xp re-install - systemworks GoBack

After changing to amd64 mobo, I re-installed xp on a system that had a
couple of (I am praying) fat32 slave drives. It appears that norton
systemworks GoBack was installed.

Now a couple of the hard drives are there in device manager but not in my
computer - I have looked at them with fdisk and see they have non-dos
partitions.

Seen a post that said need to boot with the goback rescue disk however I am
not sure there is one OR that the drive letters will all correspond (no
major hardware changes, just praying I installed xp on same partition it was
on originally!)

Is it best to re-install goback?

Any advice or good pointers for info on this - symantec's knowlegebase
really leaves a lot to be desired.
