Simultaneous VPN Connections

Hoping for help.

This is the setup.

2 x LANS. 1 x Domain and 1 x workgroup.

The domain server is running SBS 2000. With a 2nd server
running Terminal Server on 2000 Server. The domain server
is the internet gateway.

The workgroup connects to the internet over a DSL modem
router. PPTP passthrough and modem in DMZ.

I am connecting workgroup computers to the domain server
over adsl internet via VPN.
The problem I have is...If I already have one computer
logged in on VPN and working on the Terminal Server, the
2nd computer can VPN in but not access the Terminal
server. I can start a terminal server session on the
Domain server (different i.p address).
I am using PPTP and both adsl modems are set to PPTP
passthrough.
The second computer can ping the Terminal Server. And it
can connect if the first computer disconnects.

I can successfully connect from another network with
simultaneous connections, but that network connects to the
internet through a windows XP box. As opposed to using
just a dsl router.

Any solutions? I would appreciate any help.

Is the VPN server a Windows box or is it a piece of hardware. I have had
problems with hardware solutions. This may help-

All my home PC's are connected to the Internet via a Cable/DSL router that
performs NAT for me. I have a Windows server at work connected directly to
the Internet router. The Windows server has RRAS installed for my VPN
connections.

I have it set up so that 15 people can connect at any time and I have no
problems with multiple people accessing the same services however, if I try
to fire up a second VPN connection from my home, the connection fails.
Basically, any one PC behind my NAT router can connect with the VPN server
at any time, but the second always fails. Something like this may be what
is causing your problem
