cannot ping network resources after connecting successfully with VPN passthrough DSL-504T

Hi,

I have a small network at work consisting of one domain controller
(windows 2003 server), 7 computers (WinXpSP2) connected to the domain,
a 3COM switch connected to a DSL-504T ADSL router connecting everyone
to the internet.

I set up VPN on the windows 2003 server, and setup the VPN
portforwarding in the router. At home, I setup a vpn connection and
tried to connect. Everying seemed to go very well especially after the
connection was successful.

However, When I try to ping a pc in the remote network, I get no
response. Am I missing something here?
