Signature Settings Not Available with Word as E-mail Editor

I have a user here at work that can not use his signatures
that he has created when he uses Word as his email editor.
But then I got users that can use Word as the editor and
pick which signature they want to use. Can anybody help me
here?

Why not ask the people in your organisation who are capable of doing this?
:-)

Anyway; press the little downarrow on the Options button and choose "E-mail
Signature"
