Outlook Signature

I have a user who uses Outlook 2003. His mail format is HTML and uses Word to
edit e-mail messages. He edits his signature frequently - adding and removing
different seasonal promotions.

Now when he edits his signature, the html signature file updates but the
rich text and plain text signature files do not. Why would this happen? Aside
from creating a new signature, is there a way to fix this?

I was just looking at this again. This only seems to be an issue if I go into
Advanced Edit and the signature is edited in Word. Is this just how Outlook
works?

Have him delete the RIch and Plain Text entries when he modified the HTML
entry. The next time he sends a message in either Rich or Plain Text,
Outlook should use the existing HTML sig to create sigs of the corresponding
format. I know it works for me when I modify the Plain Text form and delete
the other two. When I send a message in, say, HTML, that sig file gets
created based on the Plain Text file.
