Signature font change on reply/forwarding

When replying/forwarding an email (HTML, Rich, Plain), the font of the
signature changes. This occurs when users have MS-Word as their email editor.
The reason for that problem is that the signature editor in word may be
defined incorrectly.

To solve the problem do the following:

1. Open a new email and copy the text of your signature.
2. Right-click on the signature and select E-mail signature.
3. In the signature window, paste your text.
4. Select the entire text of the signature and format it to your liking. For
example, if you choose a 10 pt. font size, make sure that no characters are
left at the beginning or end of your signature that are formatted as 12 pt.
5. Name your signature
6. Click on Add.
7. Select Yes or No to apply your new signature to all emails

I hope this helps.
