Signature for sending and replying to emails

Amy

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP3. I created a signature that includes
customized color, font style, and font sizes. When I send a new message the
signature looks as it does in the preview window of creating the signature.
When I reply to an email, it overrides my signature format and reverts to a
single font style, font size, and colors the entire signature with navy blue
color.

How do I set the reply-to-email signature so that it will show in the email
message as it does in the preview window of create signature?

Thank you for your help,
Amy

Hi Amy,

Clarify "it" (When I reply to an email, it...).

If you're saying that when you reply your signature looks like the rest
of the email formatting, then you may have to use the Advanced Edit and
place HTML or inline CSS formatting codes before and after each line of
your sig file info.

Outlook has a way of globally setting formatting in the body tags and
other areas, which causes problems like you're experiencing. My sig
files are hand coded and OL still messes with them sometimes.
