Original msg font changed in reply

When I receive a reply to my original HTML email, the font of my original
text often times is changed from Arial (default) to Times New Roman, however
my original signature is still displayed in Arial. The signature wasn't
created using the Advanced Editor.

What is changing the font of my original text in the reply?

Outlook 2003 Version 5.1.2600 SP2
Mail format: HTML
Composing, replying, forwarding: Arial 10 pt.
Fonts: Always use my fonts
New message style: Normal

Hard to say. The change most likely occurred at the side of the person
replying. You might want to ask how the message was received; completely in
Arial or not.

Right - the same thing is happening to me and all the work PC's - how can I
fix this as it does not look professional.
