Font in email window

How do I set the font and font size for new emails/replys/forward emails?
The font is currently set to Calibri (Body) 11Pt when I oper a new email or
reply to received email.
I want to change to Arial 12 Pt.
If you come up with the solution, would this apply to Excel also?

You can change your default font for Outlook in;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Stationery and Fonts...

This applies to Outlook only. Ask in an Excel newsgroup on how you can
change the defaults for that program.
