Microsoft Word 2003 Target location

I have created a signature for everyone in my company using HTML. When some
people in my office reply to a message, the signature appears just fine, but
the text from the reply shows up next to it. Does anyone know how to make
sure the signature appears on a line by itself?

Version of outlook? Is this a true signature or "mark my text with" (tools,
options, email options)

Nick

Hey gents,

I'm having the exact same problem as above, using Outlook 2003 sending in HTML format the signature (which is a 'proper' signature not 'mark my text' etc).

The first few lines of the message being replied to (from, date, CC etc) always appear on the right hand side of the screen along side the signature.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Nick.
