SHOW WINDOWS CONTENTS WHILE DRAGGIN

Every time I try to enable the display option "show
windows contents while dragging", as soon as I restart,
it automatically gets reset to the default value of NO.
What do I do about it?

Do you have a Dell? Uninstall the Dell Media Experience. You can do this
from the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel.
