show profiles not available in mail

when I got to control panel, mail, there is no "show profiles" how do I get
to this to setup more profiles in outlook 2000 and xp?
 
That is only available when you are running Outlook 2000 in
Corporate/Workgroup mode. You should only use this mode when you connect to
an Exchange server.

Are you using OL2000 in Internet Mail Only mode? Check the second line here:
Help menu > About. IMO mode doesn't support multiple profiles under a single
user profile
