Open account profile

Steve

I have domain account with e-mail account enabled and I can open Outlook
with this profile.

Now I need to setup another e-mail profile (Control Panel - Mail - Profile)
and setup it with another domain user account and be able to open it as
another user. So, once again, setup may account1 to new mail profile so that
I can open account2 mailbox.

What I have to prepare on Outlook or Exchange side?
Thnx.

You'll have to give user account with the name account1 full permissions on
the mailbox of account2. Depending on your version of Exchange, you can only
do this via Active Directory or ESM.

There is nothing special that you need to do at Outlook level.

We have mixed Exchange 2003/2007 servers, but I can arrange that both
accounts exist on Exchange 2007. can you please instruct what I have to do
via AD or ESM?

Thanks.

It's easiest via ESM on Exchange 2007.
-Open ESM
-In recipient configuration select the user account holding the mailbox that
you would like to set the permissions on.
-In the Actions Pane select; Manage Full Access Permissions
-Follow on-screen instruction.

That's it, thanks.
