Accounts / Identities

Hello. I use a web based email. When you send an email to

(e-mail address removed) and I read your e-mail and I click reply, it
automatically selects that account (e-mail address removed) to be used when I
reply.

Moving on to outlook 2003.

I have setup accounts, (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed).
Basically, I want when you email account1, and I reply, it will use that
account, when someone email's (e-mail address removed) it will select that
account automatically.

I'm hoping someone can help me. I know it can be done with inferior e-mail
clients.

That's the way Outlook normally works automatically. Replies go out via the
same account they came in.

That's not how it's working on mine.

I don't know if I'm explaining my problem clearly.

My main account: (e-mail address removed), and I have a few other accounts added.

Let's say I email you with (e-mail address removed), and you respond. When I read
your email, and click reply, the account that it uses to send the email is
the (e-mail address removed) account, and not the (e-mail address removed) account.

What I would like, is if, you email me, to (e-mail address removed) or whatever sub
accounts I have, when I click reply, I want it to automatically select that
account, and STOP going back to the default account.

It's very confusing for a customer when, they e-mail one account, and they
get a reply from my personal email/domain.

Cheers,

Thanks in advance.
