Should I change using email from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003?

This question should get many opinions.

I have been using O. Express for years, business and personal. Just an
easy program to use and does the job well. I've been having my work staff
using that same program but lately we're now using Outlook 2003 for the
Calendar use only. I'm just having a hard time to decide switching the email
function over to OL2003 as well.

Can anyone convince me why OL2003 would be so much superior to use than
simple OE? If so, I'll import (I assume that's the function) and make the
change.

You Export mail, OE > OL otherwise you lose the dates
(ie dates all set to the Import Date)

if you are using the calendar you probably should switch to outlook for
email too.
