import outlook express mails to outlook 2003 sp3

Please help,

When I tried to import my messages in *.dbx (outlook express emails ) to
outlook 2003 (SP3) I got message:

"no internet accounts were found to import" and I got no chance to browse OE
store directory.

I choosed Import in outlook 2003

Could somebody help me...

I choosed Import in outlook 2003

No version of Outlook can import DBX files. You should have both Outlook
Express and Outlook installed on the same PC and use Outlook Express to export
the messages to Outlook. File>Export>Messages.

If you canot do this, then download Windows Live Mail from
http://download.live.com/wlmail , configure it, import the DBX files into it,
then export the messages to "Microsoft Exchange". See this:
