How do I import dbx files to Outlook 2003 if I can't open OE?

Outlook Express stopped working on my computer yesterday and in spite of a
day of trying all the workarounds to get it back because of the MSOE.dll
error message, I've had no luck.

But I am able to run Outlook 2003. The problem is that I can't import the
old mail on my hard drive from Outlook Express using the wizard because OE
can't be opened. (I get a message while using the wizard that OE can't be
opened.)

I know where all of the dbx files are on my computer for Outlook Express.

Is there a way to import the dbx files from Outlook Express into Outlook
2003 without having to be able to open Outlook Express?

Nope, sorry. Might I suggest microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general to get
OE working?

Thanks, but none of those workarounds or any others posted worked.

Late today, I finally came across a piece of shareware that repair Outlook
Express and got it working again so I could move the files to Outlook.

So it's fixed.
