Upgrade from OL2000 to OL 2003 still available?

My phone runs Windows Mobile 6.1, which requires ActiveSync 4.5, which
is not compatible with Outlook 2000. Actually, it all seemed to work
just fine until I updated Windows XP to SP3.

After two hours of searching the 'net for solutions, it seems like my
best bet may be upgrading my OL2000 to OL2003. I haven't used it for
email on my laptop, just a contacts and calendar backup.

I know this is an OL group, not WinMob or AS. But I'm asking here
because in all my searches, I can't seem to find an upgrade from
OL2000 to OL2003 available.

Can anyone point me in a good direction?

(PS - If you are familia with WinMob and syncing, and have a better
solution, that would be most welcome also!)

You could also use Outlook XP or maybe 2007. I am not sure if Outlook 2003 is available anymore.
