Phone Location--How to Cancel?

I am not sure if this is an OL or a WindowsXP (SP3) issue, but since it
shows up in OL2003, this seems like a great place to start. After
reinstalling OL2003 I find that if I try to enter a phone number for a
Contact Outlook gets tied up in a loop of some sort. First a Location
window appears and I am asked to specify the location from which I will be
dialing. But I have never dialed any calls directly from OL and do not
have--or want--the equipment to do so. My phone works just fine, thanks
you. If I click Cancel I am warned in another Window that Windows needs
this information or it will have problems dialing calls. I can click Yes to
cancel and no to return to the window to enter the location info. But
whether I click Yes or No I end up back at the same window demanding that
location information! There is no way to close or cancel this. Meanwhile I
cannot use OL. The only way out is to open the Windows Task Manager and
shut OL down. How can I fix this? Direct phone calling from OL may be a
great idea for some people but I don't want it. Never did. How can I
explain this to my computer? Thanks!

Just do it once and you'll be fine. This information is used by Windows
when setting up dialing information so it knows whether or not to add the
country and area code when dialing a number. Once you set it up you will
not see it again, and unless you actually dial something it won't be used.
