sharing programs on xp

I have just started a new user account on my computer so
my husband can have his own personal area. However he
cannot connect to the internet when he logs on - only
through my logon.
I have changed the computers name but this has had no
effect.
Pleez help.

If you are the Administrator give him access also, or

give both administrative rights.
Start/Control Panel/User Accounts/Change User Account
