We currently have a network printer which is automatically
displayed in the list of users printers. I wish to add
this printer again with a different driver and have this
printer displayed automatically alongside the other
printer in the users list of printers. At the moment they
have to add the printer form the list of network printers.

How do i do this?

I'm not aware of a way to make an association between two printers as you
describe, but the information at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/NetPrinterAllUsers.htm may help you add
the second printer to your workstations.

Hi Bruce,

Good page, but you may want to amend it to remove the reference to Windows
NT. Per-machine printers are only available on Windows 2000 and later.

Bill

Done! Thanks for the info - been a bit slow acting on it, but haven't
ignored it!
