SharePoint & iis

NOVICE FP user

I have fp2002, I want to develop a 'disk based' network
on my MS winXP Home.

But FP will not allow me, do I;

1. need iis ?
2. need sharepoint ?
or have I miss-understood this?

XP Home does not have IIS. Sharepoint or Server Extensions
do not apply.
