Shared documents

I'm trying to set up shared documents from Administrator account to/from
Limitted account. I can use it perfectly from admin to limitted but the
limitted account documents become read only. If I open a document in the
limitted account it will work until I access it in the admin account. It then
becomes read only in the limitted account. The original documents that I
copied into the shared document folder are not read only

Try to configure access option for your shared folder.
Go to the folder properties -> security -> ...
Give your limited user writetable access permissions to your folder.

I think your program which you use to work with your documents
overwrites your files with new one.
So system gives new access rights and ownership to your documents.
If owner of the folder is Administrator all new documents will
automatically get administrator as owner.
Restricted user will fail to write documents which are owned by
Administrator.
