Passwords are not being saved

In my office eleven of us are using systems with Vista Business SP2 with
Outlook 2002 installed.

Every time Outlook is closed we have to enter our password to receive then
again to send emails. Once entered we can send and receive without having to
re-enter our passwords until we close Outlook.

Yes.... We have all checked the boxes "Remember password" multiple times. We
have all also set our password in email account settings windows multiple
times.

We have limitted IT support so any insight as to how we can fix this
annoying pasword issue would be apprieciated.

Outlook 2002 is not compatible with Vista and what you describe in one of the
common results of that incompatibility. If you use Vista, you MUST use
Outlook 2003 or 2007. Anything prior to that will have problems.
