I have a user who is using outlook express 6. When she gets new messages in
they are highlighted and the envelope symbol shows it as unread. She will
open the first message and read it. When she closes it she sees that the
next message or the next 2 messages now are not highlighted and the envelope
symbol shows that it has been read. But she has not highlighted or clicked
on them.
ANy ideas about what may case this and what to do?
