Outlook 2002 E-Mail Signatures

A colleague has asked me for help, but I cannot see what the problem is. She
is working with Outlook 2002 and when she receives a message, which she wants
to reply too, she has a number of different signatures, depending on who
generated the original e-mail. When she clicks on the dropdown arrow at the
side of options, and she chooses the correct e-mail signature to insert, it
does not appear to work. Can anyone offer any suggestion as to what we are
doing wrong? TIA

Sorry I don't know what else to say. Apart from the fact it does not put said
signature in e-mail. I also do not know if the fact that the e-mail is in
Rich Text Format has an effect!
