Receiving html mail displays as plain text

I subscribe to several airline 'special deals' newsletters. They all come in
as html, but one will only open/display as plain text, so nothing but an
unreadable series of links. Is there something I need to reset in Outlook,
or with my e-mail provider?
As a quirk, my wife sees my e-mail on her machine (we leave it that way
because she has to deal with some of what comes through). When she opens the
same message in Outlook Express, she sees html!

Any thoughts?

A frequent cause of this is scanning your incoming mail with your antivirus
program. To test this, uninstall your AV program and reinstall it without the
mail scanning feature. Then wait for the next copy of the message.

You don't need to scan incomoing (and expecially outgoing) mail. As long as
the on-access or real-time scanner continues to function normally, you'll be
just as safe.
