Outlook 2003 changes format of replied messages, HELP!

Hi All,

Weird on e here, my wife has Outlook 2003 connecting to a pop server (no
Exchange, just an iunternet provider). Just recently her Outlook has started
to change the format of ALL messages to plain text when she replies to them,
even if it came to her in HTML. She is using Word 2003 as her email editor.

This is a pain, all the menu's are set to use HTML as the format, and the
orginal messages are all HTML, why is outlook changing them to palin text?

PS: The incoming mail is definatley in HTML, not plain text with hyperlinks
added or anything. I'm talking fonts, colors, smileys, the works.

Are the emails that she is sending going to people that are in her contact
list?

it appears that they are all in her "autocomplete" list (the *.NK2 file)
