Setup restarts during installation

There was a problem with my computer and I'm attempting to
reinstall Windows, but the problem is when it's attempting
to reinstall, the system restarts and it starts all over
again at the same time. It restarts during the
step "Installing Devices".

Any way I can fix this?
 
When it restarts take the cd out, it will then *not* boot to the cd and the
install should continue.
