Is there a way to set-up computer games which run only on Windows 95,98
and ME? Could anyone please walk me through a step-by-step guide to
accomplish this? Thanxs in advice.

You may wish to try using XP's Program Compatibility Wizard.

You can try using Start - All Programs - Program Compatibility wizard.
Point it at the program (initially at the setup; later at the installed
program) and tell it to run in Windows 98 compatibility mode. If it
installs and makes an item in the Start Menus, you can then r-click on
that, take Properties and set up similarly on the Compatibility page

This has a good chance if the program will run in ME; but there are
games that dive under the system to handle hardware direct, which is
explicitly forbidden in XP; and I have run into one that tried to access
a registry structure that does not exist in XP; decided as a result that
the CPU was 0Hz, and exited in disgust. So it can't be guaranteed
