setting up Olympus Stylus 300 so I can download pictures

Olympus 300 is not on the list, device manager will not
respond. Any suggestions, it is very frustrating to say
the least.
 
I presume you are connecting the camera to the PC with the USB cable. Have
you turned the camera on?
