setting up an email account

I have POP3 account and use Outlook03. I want to setup an email account for a
limited user account. I went through the new user process to set up a
profile, but when I set up the email account with the password I created for
the limited user, the email account test fails. The message is that the
password is not valid or acc epted by the email service.

You are confusing two things. The password to access the Limited user's
WINDOWS log-on is NOT the same as the password to access the POP email
server. You need to set up the POP access password when you create the new
account on your ISP's web site....You have created this new email account on
your ISP's website, haven't you?

Just be aware that there will be issues if your email accounts are ALIASES
rather than truly separate email accounts....
