Setting up a meeting room

Just wondering is it possible in Outlook on our admin
network of outlook users to set up a meeting room so
everyone can see the room and be able to book it when
wanting to have a meeting with other invitees via the
calendar or any other resource.

Normally, one sets up the room as a resource and inviting it to a
meeting will show its Free/Busy.

Does this not work for you?
