How to reserve a meeting room.

Is there a way to set up meeting rooms and reserve the room for a meeting
without sending invitations to attendees with Outlook 2003? We would like to
have a calendar where we can see room availbility and reserve free time.

Why don't you want to send invites to the attendees? Either invite just the
meeting room or open the meeting room calendar in outlook and create an
appointment (not a meeting request) on the calendar. If you send a meeting
request to attendees, its going to send it to all invitees.
